Mike Capuzzi’s January 2013 SMART Ideas Issue Preview
The January 2013 issue of the SMART Ideas newsletter is available for all subscribers to access (print editions are being mailed this week). But before I show what’s included in this issue of SMART Ideas, I want to give a shout out to SMART Ideas subscriber, Marty Marsh.
Marty took my coffee spill template from the December SMART Ideas issue and instantly turned it into a great-looking direct mail campaign. Nice job Marty!
This issue of SMART Ideas is focused on one of my favorite marketing strategies for getting attention and boosting response – the use of cartoons and comics! This is a powerful, but often under-utilized strategy for getting people to notice and interact with your marketing.
As a matter of fact, as soon as I released it, I got this message on Facebook from SMART Ideas subscriber, Dr. Ginger Bratzel.
To help subscriber understand the power of cartoons and comics in marketing, I’m giving them a course I created on using cartoons and comics to boost marketing response. This one-of-a-kind course includes a 97 page ebook, video tutorials showing how I use cartoons and comics in marketing and a cartoon marketing swipe file.
I’ve also included a very cool comic marketing template I created for my business and now all SMART Ideas subscribers can use it in their marketing. I used it as a direct mail campaign, but you can use it online or in print.

Other marketing goodies this month include my famous 3 in 3 and I’m including a set of New Year’s and winter-themed web page and email header and footer graphics.
All told, it would cost you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, to recreate the content I’m including in the January 2013 issue of SMART Ideas. If you’re not yet a subscriber, check out www.smartideasformarketing.com.
Private label rights are also available for every issue of SMART Ideas. This allows other content providers to use my valuable content in their own newsletter, membership programs, etc. PLR details are found within the SMART Ideas subscriber site at http://smartideas.mikecapuzzi.com.
