3 Email Subject Lines You Can Easily Use In Your Business

On this episode of 3 in 3, I’m going to share three email subject lines that instantly stopped me from hitting the delete button and more importantly got me to open the email.

I thought these were so good, I had to share them with you, so get ready for 3 in 3!

High Impact Email Subject Line #1

The first email subject line I want to share with you is the “This will be bone when you wake up…” subject line.

I received this email from a WordPress developer I am a customer of and it caught my eye because it taps into the fear on missing out on something.

This would be a powerful email subject line to use as a final email reminder a few hours before an evening deadline reminding the recipient that the offer will be over when he or she wakes up.

High Impact Email Subject Line #2

This next email subject line comes from the cigar retail world and anybody watching this could use it quite easily because it’s so short, pithy and to the point.

The subject line is, “This is an email. It contains a deal. You might like it.”

Talk about transparent marketing ?

As a past customer of this business, it immediately got me to open it because I know when they offer deals they are always good ones.

When I shared this email subject line with my friends Ben and Jeff, who own a mattress retail business, they immediately swiped it and used it as part of their recent President’s Day campaign.

High Impact Email Subject Line #3

This last email subject line is one I have used many times over the years around my birthday.

It’s the “It’s my birthday, but you get the gift” email subject line.

The idea is you send this on or around your birthday as a promotion where you are including a special gift to celebrate your birthday.

So even though it’s your birthday, your recipient is the one getting the gift, and since everybody watching this has a birthday, you can easily use it.
